Reflexión teórica sobre el sujeto y la subjetividad en las ciencias sociales

Abstract

El presenta artículo trabaja con las nociones de sujeto y subjetividad en las ciencias sociales. Se muestra cómo el sujeto adviene con la modernidad, y se relaciona con otros términos como la representación y la diferencia como negativo de lo idéntico. Autores postestructuralistas como Deleuze y Guattari hacen referencia a la producción de subjetividad como aquello que se produce en la heterogeneidad de singularidades en cierto momento histórico-social. Asimismo, hemos asociado a la subjetividad con el acontecimiento y la diferencia como productora de multiplicidad y diversidad. En particular, trabajamos con la noción de representación y su deconstrucción propuesta por Derrida, y también con el imaginario social de Castoriadis.

Abstract: In this article I work woth the notions of subject and subjectivity in Social Sciences. I show how the idea of subject emerges with modernity and is related with other concepts such as representation and difference (as opposed to identical). Post structuralist authors such as Deleuze and Guattari conceive the production of subjectivity in terms of something that is produced in the heterogeneity of singularities in the context of a particular socio-historical situation. Also, I see a relation between the idea of subjectivity and the concepts of event and difference (as producer of multiplicity and diversity). In particular, I work with the notions of representation, and the way in which this concept is deconstructed by Derrida, and the idea of social imaginary coined by Castoriadis.
